70's rock music, lyrics and rock crosswords

red heart rum<empty>

1974 was another great year for me. I rented an old house on a 5 acre small-holding at Bedfordview
just outside Johannesburg, and moved in with Johnny and Martin. What an unreal place, it became
well known in Jo'burg as The Farm, and over the next three years made lots of brilliant memories for
a great many people. In June, Allan, Eleonore, Phillip and I went to the Isle Of Man T.T. races and
then toured around Europe on an old Velocette and BSA. What a trip. I changed from the BMW to
a Kawasaki Z1, what an incredible bike. On the Rock Music front, there were some really good LP's,
to me Gong's You was their best ever, as well as David Bowie with Diamond Dogs, Frank Zappa's
Apostrophe
, Cockney Rebel's The Psycomodo, and Hawkwind's Hall Of The Mountain Grill.
At least another fifteen good LP's, but to me there was a decline in the number of good records
being produced. Anyway, take a look at my selection............
